Apprentice – OTC Operations (6 Months)

Location: Work from Office

Shift Timing: Night Shift – 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Role Purpose

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our OTC (Order-to-Cash) Operations team as Apprentices for a 6-month program. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in finance operations, customer coordination, and business processes while working in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the collections team in following up on payments and updating records.
Assist in order validation, order processing, and maintaining accurate customer data.
Help execute billing activities and ensure invoices are generated correctly.
Respond to customer queries through email/calls and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Prepare basic reports and maintain trackers using MS Excel.
Learn and support OTC processes including billing, collections, and cancellations.
Ensure adherence to company processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to work in night shifts and from office.
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of finance/accounting concepts is an added advantage.
Exposure to ERP tools, Salesforce, or Zuora will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers / recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Candidates who are willing to commit to a 6-month apprenticeship program.
